How do others find zoton and what dosage is your little one on for their age?
Mason is 3 months old and has a dairy allergy and gets bad silent reflux. Not much has worked so far
Day 2 of zoton here

My 7 month old has been on it for about 4 months. Also has CMPI (just an intolerance, hopefully will grow out of it). He is on 15mg daily and it took a couple of weeks to see a real improvement, although we only cut dairy out then too, so was a combination. At one point we had to give losec due to a shortage of zoton and it was hopeless compared to the zoton. Hope you see results soon!

Half of CMPA bubs (by some estimates) also have soy. When we cut soy the reflux went away and we got off te meds.

Hi OP,

My two are on Losec which is a similar medication for reflux. My youngest started on 20mg around your LO's age. I was also on a restricted diet and mix fed with Neocate. It took around 6-8 weeks to have full effect as CMP takes about that long to leave the body.

Both my two, now almost 5 and 7 are still on Losec. We've tried weaning them off but the reflux returns and it's a bit of a cost-benefit thing for them in making a decision to stay on the medication.

Do you have a good allergist/pead gastro? Having access to these specialists has made a huge difference in my children's health. Good luck, reflux is the pits.
