Trouble with Solids

My breastfed daughter started solids just about a month ago at 6 months. I am using mostly homemade purées and spoon feeding. It was going well and she was eating 60-90mls mostly. However starting last Friday she has vomited all her solid food 3-4 hours after eating. This is a run down of the last week.
Friday 21st - home made sweet potato and chicken purée
Vomiting 4 hours later
22nd no Solids no vomiting
23rd No solids no vomiting
24th - mashed Banana with baby oats and breast milk -Vomiting 4 hours later
25th No Solids no vomiting
26th 4 blueberries in morning no reaction, Dairy Free Coconut yogurt early afternoon - vomiting 3 hours later looked lathagic and continued to gag and vomit a little for a hour.
I wanted her to see a doctor today but being Boxing Day nothing was open except ER and she then improved enough I didn’t feel that was needed. I skipped solids on the other days due to the previous vomiting. She has had all the foods given this week before with no reaction.
Should I be skipping solid food before seeing a doctor or continue solids maybe pear or something plain? Anyone have any idea what could be happening or what medical professionals I should see for advice?

I'd take her to the GP and explain everything as you have here. I wouldn't give her any solids for a few days, she'll be fine with breastmilk or formula.
Has she been ill at all? Could it be swollen tonsils making it hard for her to swallow?
I think seeing a GP would be best.

Definitely see GP as soon as possible.
But in the meantime maybe give her rice water as well instead of solids. Or even the left over cooked rice from the rice water and just avoid any other solids. Obviously still continue with milk and water.

In your position I’d probably take a few days break from solids and just BF on demand, as well as visit the GP as early as was possible and practical.
Sudden onset like this with previously tolerated foods would have me anticipating an illness or for it to be something like that which would pass- but I’d still get it checked out to be on the safe side.

Agree with lou- bags.
If you do have a history of, or a concern about intolerances, then you are actually better off doing one food at a time. Small quantity more often. So just purées sweet potato by itself. 2 teaspoons and that’s it. and then the same for dinner. Switch foods a day or two later .

We had done the one food at a time thing for several weeks, she has had the sweet potato by itself many times. I will see a GP today if at all possible.

Breastmilk only for a few days will be fine. My 13mo just did almost a week of only it while sick with an ear infection.
