I am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I started spotting and lightly bleeding on boxing day. Today I have woken up with a flow (red blood) Just mild flow dribbling onto pad occasionally, but have some dull cramps as well. When will the full flow of the miscarriage begin? Just want it over with

Thank you.

Im so sorry to hear you're bleeding,  more likely than not the red flow is the start and there will be some clumps later.  If you don't have any symptom loss or more bleeding the pregnancy might still be ok. Good luck.

I have had 2 miscarriages. With both the miscarriage happened the day after the red bleeding started. With my first it was extremely painful as I was 9 weeks pregnant. With my second I was 5 weeks and it was only mild cramps.
Im sorry for your loss.
