I just wanted to echo previous sentiment to stick with the pediatric physio therapist/pediatrician rather than chiro. Our pediatric physio was also trained in working with sociolios (common in the profession) and identified a slight case of it in our daughter who had the low muscle tone/hypermobility - its a common trait apparently. She showed us how we could see it in her posture with a ‘dip’ in her lower back and a more pronounced toddler tummy. However, the older sister (who had the hip dysplasia) did not have the issue.
I hope you get some definitive answers and a course of treatment soon. My youngest really took off with movement once we intervened. She is now approaching her third pair of custom orthotics and very energetic! Good luck with everything!
