Any suggestions for me?

My DD (11yrs) and DS (8yrs) have no known allergies. But the last few months I have noticed they are often, but not always, sniffly/congested/sneezing when they go to bed. Fine during the day. There is nothing new in their bedrooms. Bedding is all natural fibres (cotton, wool).

Any thoughts?

Dust mite allergy.

Try hot washing all their bedding, curtains and soft toys.  Thorough vac and wet dust all around the room, the skirting,  sills, etc.

The three of us have it but we on;y notice it when there is a breeze, so we are thinking dust on the window/sliding door or actually something outside blowing in?

but DH and I are sneezing in one room and at the same time we hear DS in the other sneezing

This used to happen to me, it was a result of mould on on the wall behind the draws.
