Hi
We don't know the gender of our baby, due in 10 weeks. We're struggling to find a boy's name that we agree on. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
Names we both like but can't use (for various reasons, like family members with the name already, etc):
Thomas
James
Nicholas
Samuel
Benjamin
Joshua
Finn
Charles

So we're looking for something in this style, classic, no strange spellings.

I really love Hamish, but can't seem to convince DH.
Hit me with some ideas!

I love Hamish! We have an Oscar and I think if our next baby is a boy he may be a Hamish.

So I'll suggest Oscar ;)

On top of that though I will add:

Corey
Liam
Jacob
Seth
Flynn (not sure if too close to Finn for you)

EDIT: Sorry, just saw some have already been mentioned.

I love your style! What a shame your husband doesn’t like Hamish. How about Isaac or Austin?

If you like Hamish maybe;

Angus
Sean/Seamus
Flynn
Ewan
Cameron
Lachlan
Fletcher
Roan

or just keep saying Hamish until he gets used to it :)

As an update, I've continued saying Hamish over and over, and in fact he seems to be coming round...!
Others we quite like, but are not settled on yet, are
Jonathan
Elliot
Ethan

Hamish is still the front runner for me.
Thanks for all your help! Seven weeks until we find out if it's a Hamish or a...!
