Hi ladies,

I'm also joining in and suspect 4 weeks bang on also (hey 400). This will be #2 for me also. We decided to start trying on our cruise holiday and it seems first time is the charm...fingers crossed. I have done 4 at home over 3 days and line is gradually getting darker.

I have a 14-month-old DS, and am hoping this goes well as I'd love a smallish gap. I too am still breastfeeding so cycles are a little unpredictable, current estimated due date 31dt December. I've contacted my previous private midwife and hoping she can squeeze me in for an appointment sometime this week, then off to get bloods etc.

I had gestational diabetes last time so plan to start eating similarly as of tomorrow. Symptoms so far are fatigue and hunger.

Hi guys! Very tentatively joining you all here. I had a faint line yesterday and an obvious BFP today at 10dpo on a FRER

By my calculations I'll be due Jan 3rd, but I'll most likely have a repeat csection, so will more than likely have a December bubba!

Feeling very cautious after a missed miscarriage in November last year. We had tried ages for that bubba and have tried since the MC for this one!
This was our first cycle on 2000mg Metformin, Vitex and also Ubiquinol. So something must have worked!

Welcome 400. Hope you have a smooth journey for #2.

Odds are in your favour to get good news for the dating scan MissTR. There are other birthdays if worst case scenario happens and you get bad news. Do you have time to celebrate your husbands birthday before the scan? Hopefully it will be an extra special birthday celebration in the end 🤞🤞

I had my dating scan today. Measuring 7+6 which is a day off what I had calculated and heart rate was 160. So far so good 😊

I'm just paranoid about another mc, would hate for it to be found out on hubbys birthday,  but I just need to remind myself that's there's a bigger probability that everything is fine than not. 6 weeks today and the bloating is out of control, I've got the button popped on my jeans.  How's everyone going with symptoms?

I have a cold I can’t shake and am very tired, but otherwise nothing special yet. Sore boobs too, they are annoying mamaj but a nice reassuring sign!

Mackenzie congrats on the great scan! I hate the long wait not knowing what’s going on in there! I’ve been using my FRER stash (what else will I do with them?!) and the line has been darkening nicely, so at least there’s that reassurance!

Just catching up on everyone’s updates, hope everyone is tracking well! I had a dating scan yesterday and was told I was 6w5d which is about a week earlier than I thought. Due date is 12/12 which doesn’t make sense if I calculate based on when conception likely occurred but gotta go with what the professionals say! I’ve been feeling ok just very tired and have the constant bad taste in my mouth, driving me crazy! Anyone else?

I had my first vomit this morning. Was hoping not to get morning sickness as badly this time but it has started even earlier. I am feeling nauseous most of the time. I am feeling tired and emotional as well, it really hits around 6pm. And so bloated, I look like I’m 4 months already. It’s tough work growing a human!

Im with you on the bloating, so uncomfortable! My nausea is pretty manageable so far but the exhaustion is taking its toll, I put baby down at 7 and was in bed at 7.30 yesterday just couldn't stay awake

Yes!! Last night I looked 4.5 months rather than 4.5 weeks! And so so so tired. Can’t get enough sleep but also having a bit for 3am insomnia. I have had a vom already but that was more because of shocking acid belly and hunger.

It’s gunna be a long road ahead....

Other symptoms - having a fair bit of cramping, nausea, constant hunger 🙈 and vivid dreams...had a dream the other night I had septuplets lolol 😂😂

Feeling a bit surreal to be here.

My girls are 9 and almost 11. Due Boxing Day. Bloods only done this morning after positive test on Friday.

Not feeling much else apart from shock right now and way too old as I turned 38 at the beginning of the year.

We've got gastro running through the house,  I've never felt so sick before just horrible,  I'm praying the baby doesn't get it

How's everyone going? Morning sickness has really kicked in the last week, I can't tolerate coffee or onions, I wonder what weird things I'll crave this time

I kept swapping between fear that I’m not pregnant anymore because I feel fine to then being overwhelmingly tired, bloated, nauseous, crampy and emotional. And even though it feels awful it’s so kindly reassuring that the little one must be doing it’s thing in there...

I booked in to my OB this week which is a bit exciting! The receptionist remembered me from last year and was very excited for me, which was nice.

As for cravings.. nothing specific for me, just hungry all the time!

Welcome Bugster and Matilda’s Mummy! How is everyone feeling? I’m not throwing up (thank god) but have a constant feeling of mild nausea plus extreme fatigue. Hoping it subsides in a few weeks and as 400 said it’s reassuring that bub is doing its thing!

I'm 8w5d pregnant supposedly but bubs is measuring a week behind possibly due to late implantation, cause it's an IVF baby they aren't changing dates yet... I got officially kicked out from my clinic today but have been told my subchorionic haemorrhage has grown a bit from 1.5cm to 2.2cm, they're hoping it resolves by 10 weeks & told to take  it easy till 12 weeks just to be on the safe side. Has anyone here had any experience with SCH?? Also how does one go about updating their OB about things like an sch? I met with her at 5w where she gave me all the referrals for harmony tests etc. She also said she doesn't see me again till after 14 weeks, do I have to book an appointment just like a GP or what? Soz FTM here.

My sister had an SCH with both of her babies and they just went away with time. Bled with one and not the other.

If your OB made the referral for the scan they would have the result. If it was your GP who referred then hopefully your OB would have been cc’ed in. SCH is really common and since there’s nothing they can do about it doesn’t necessarily warrant another visit. Having said that, if you need a discussion about it you could always ask to go in earlier (the perks of private mean you should be able to ask to see them as often as you want). Don’t hesitate to call the rooms and ask a) if the OB knows or b) if you can go earlier.

We had a scan this morning I'm meant to be 8+1 but measuring 6 weeks no heartbeat. Now we sit in limbo for 10 days for another scan to confirm its dead. I hate this, I'm gutted,  I can't believe it's happened again

Oh MissTR I am so sorry. Is there any hope or is the scan in 10 days more of a formality? I hope you have some good support around you x
