I am getting 100hours susidy since Jan 2019,upon checking my bank statement yesterday and realized the money was deducted differently with previous weeks. So I checked my CCS and found out subsidy hours was reduced from 100hour to 72hours.
Why centrelink reduced it?( I didn't update anything to centrelink.)

Are you likely to hit the yearly cap? They might be spreading what subsidy you have left, over the last couple months.
They sent me a letter recently to review our estimate, so as not to get a nasty surprise at tax return time, I think they may be improving efforts to ensure an even spread of benefits.

Actually maybe just check your letters in mygov, might be something in there.

Hi waitforme thank you for your response.
Yes I received the letter about estimate income but nothing else other than that.

Possibly hitting the cap has nothing to do with hours, only changing activity details can change your hours. Centrelink don’t have the legislative authority to pay someone only 72 hours CCS if their activity says they’re entitled to 100 hours CCS.
When you claimed did you put an end date on an activity? For example if you said you were working part time 40 hours per fortnight plus studying 16 hours per fortnight and put an end date on the study then after that end date your CCS hours would drop. This is because you’d go from 56 hours per fortnight to 40 hours per fortnight.
As PP says I’d check myGov for a letter but also go back in to your original claim and check what you put for the activity test for yourself (and your partner if you have one).
