Removing watch now from ipad

With the latest rounds of updates, the Watch Now tab in the TV app, allows access to inappropriate tv shows. I've been trying to turn it off on DS's ipad but nothing I do seems to work. I've restricted it to G rated shows but it still has Killing Eve showing up.

I'd delete the app but then DS can't watch the shows/movies that I bought for him from itunes. He has internet access for ABC Kids but being the cheeky thing he is, he goes exploring and has learnt the Watch Now section can show him lots of different things. I jump on it as soon as I hear but when he has headphones on...
