I updated my address with Centrelink almost two weeks ago through the Centrelink app. I have also updated it through MyGov. Centrelink is still showing my old address but saying that I can’t change anything because I may have already updated details that need to be assessed. My question, do you think I need to call them and confirm or just wait til they have time to assess it? It will affect my payments as I’m no longer paying rent so would like it sorted ASAP. Tried my luck calling yesterday but phone wouldn’t even ring....

Sometimes it can sit there waiting to be processed for months. If it's going to affect your payment then I'd be giving them a call to get it sorted so you don't end up in debt.

Agree with BadCat. Call at 8am for your best chance of getting through and having a short wait time.
