10yo excessive sleeping

DS is slightly younger but started needing more sleep in the last couple of months.  However, your DD's sleep needs sound excessive.  That's even compared with DS having low iron and vit D.
There have been some weird viruses going around this winter. I think a check up for your DD couldn't hurt.
