They went into an office, supplied information and it seems that copies of the the documents were taken by a staff member. Staff member walked away with documents and returned them again a bit later. However a week later it is still showing that they are still recieving a payment that they don't think they would eligible for any longer and are obviously worried about an overpayment. Should they wait another fortnight or phone up again or perhaps even better is there a way to email Centrelink and check that something hasn't been missed so that they have something recorded in writing?
