Lucy Rose is gorgeous.

I’d try and avoid another ie or y sound at the end of a name. But it could be done Holly Kate?

Anna
Kate
Emma
Nina
Flora

From your list I think Sienna Willow flows ok. I think Olive as a first name goes best with Lucy, however doesnt flow with Willow.

Why not use Willow as a first name? Or Willa?

Other suggestions:

Florence Willow
Stella Willow
Grace Willow
Jemima Willow
Isla Willow
Beatrice Willow
Georgia Willow

Thank you everyone for your suggestions! They helped us with ideas but in the end we settled on Peyton Willow 🌿 to pair with our Lucy Rose 🌹

I really like the fact that Lucy and Rose are both 4 letters, Peyton and Willow are both 6, and both middle names are botanical themed.

We now have our two beautiful girls with Peyton arriving on 27/12/2019 a week early 💕

I love Eliza/Liza.  I ended up having boys, I would have considered this for a girl except DH had a troublesome ex named Elice and I thought it was too close.
