We finally got a pressure cooker (it's an all-in-one electric) but it doesn't come with an instruction booklet with recipes, so I'm hoping someone can hit me with the best places so I can hopefully get thr things etc right, if you've got a fave website or even some tried and true from experimenting I'd love to know. I'm especially excited to make risotto without hours of stirring lol

Philips All-In-One-Cooker Community (All pots welcome) on Facebook is fantastic. Lots of tips, recipes and ideas.

lol I got a stovetop pressure cooker (top selling Indian brand) and it came with a cookbook - all the things that they think Westerners want to cook - still have yet to try anything that is suggested but worth a giggle to flick through!

I find google is a great go to.

Mind you, the best results that I have had have been the bog standard curries that I make but want to make quickly (for whatever reason) and they are bang on beautiful.

Sancti, you should have a look at twosleevers. Your cook time might be marginally quicker being stove top.p, but her flavours are very good.
