Question for those who track CM to predict ovulation.
How many days of “creamy” CM do you get before it becomes more of an egg white consistency? Is it consistent each cycle?

Just curious as I’ve only started to track it. Made a clear transition from “sticky” to “creamy” this cycle and wondering when I should expect another change. Onto likely day 3 of creamy.

Creamy can indicate it’s past Ovulation. You want watery I believe. I’d recommend using something like Ovia fertility app which is great for predictions and tracking and building up a better picture of your O dates.

Thanks for your replies ladies!

I am using an app called “Flo” to track my cycles, however, as I’m recently off the pill I’m yet to find a predictable pattern. I’m on CD14 today and the prediction is to ovulate in 2 days time. Will most likely use OPKs next cycle but was curious about CM.
