Severe constipation

They say for stomach issues and diarrhea to do the BRT diet ( bananas, rice and toast). I suspect they move slowly through the bowel, so could cause constipation.
I found pear juice fantastic while pregnant for constipation. I don't like prunes.

Yeah banana can be problematic.

Pear is good, but with my kids it was apricots that helped the best.

Make sure you keep on something that helps with the softer stools for a while. It will help if he fit has stretched at all from being constipated.

So, my daughter has had some red poop, which is natural because of the beetroot. But today, she had black poop? I know black is not good and it really scared me given the issues we had the past few days. I told the doctor, and he told me to stop the beetroot and watch if it will happen again. I'm really worried though.

Black stool can be very old stool which is finally being passed and is the most likely issue with your baby.
