Can you provide some more information? Were the home tests on different days? Which day was the dark one and when was that in relation to the blood test?
What do you mean by d25? Cycle day 25?

Both blood and home tests check if the hormone hCG is present.

However there are two types of blood test, one which looks at the level of hCG (which increases as pregnancy progresses) and one that simply tests to see if the hormone is present i.e. like the home test.

If you had the blood test that measures the level of hCG and this was below 5ml, it will return a negative result...even if you're pregnant.

The home tests are detecting hCG..so that would suggest that you're pregnant.

At this stage of your cycle a positive home test is more reliable than a negative blood test -  particularly a blood test that was  measuring the level as opposed to the presence of hCG.  Although hCG levels rise rapidly in the first few weeks and months of pregnancy.

To rule out a chemical pregnancy, you really should wait until 21 days after unprotected sex.

Good luck, I hope you get the result you are after!
