I had a miscarriage last month, started bleeding at 7 weeks, passed it a week later then the bleeding stopped and scan confirmed nothing in my uterus. I did a couple of pregnancy tests afterwards to make sure I had no HCG in my system. Fast forward 3 weeks and I’ve been getting positive pregnancy tests for 4 days now. When would I have ovulated? I assume I just have to wait a few more weeks and have a dating scan?

How strong are the HPT? Faint line or strong?

Typically it's 2 weeks prior to a positive test that you O.

So you are approx 4 or 5 weeks PG or somewhere in the middle.

It can definitely happen, my DD was conceived right after a MC with no period in between.

Whoops, forgot to add my reply above. Line are very convincing and getting darker.

I must have ovulated much earlier than two weeks after the miscarriage for it to show on a test now? (My previous pregnancies I’ve never had positive tests until my period was late)

Which brand of testing are you using?

Back when I got my first ever positive test doing IVF, after a failed transfer I O’d on day 10.

My cycle was just out of whack.

If you O’d in day 10 you would def have a strong line on a sensitive test (like confirm or FRER)

Your last pregnancies you may have o’d Later.
