food intolerance?

Just lately when I eat, I get low down cramps almost immediately after eating (almost before the meal is finished) and then am very very windy which is not a good look at work.

I can't really narrow it down to any particular food.

Any suggestions welcome. thank you!

Keep a food and symptom diary for a week and see if there is a pattern.  If there isn't then consider seeing a dietician specialising in food intolerance.

I have that reaction to the nightshades - capsicum, eggplant are particularly bad.
