Does anyone ever think about snacks from their childhood only to be be disappointed that they've been discontinued?

I was thinking about Chicken In A Biscuit crackers and I only just found out they discontinued 5 years ago.

Sunny Boys have made a come back but just aren't the same

I remember Calippo Shots

Best friend keeps bringing up Dunkaroos but I've never seen them

Do Tasty Toobs still exist?

Not really my childhood but my 20s- Deli Cups. I loved the black forest one.

Toobs disappeared, made a come back and then disappeared again. They were my favourite.

Others...White Knight chocolate & mint bars; also Edgell cucumber slices in a can.

Do you remember them in Australia? We became addicted them in Europe in 1998 but never found them on our returm to Sydney. Made in Thailand IIRC.

Bacon Rings. Loved these as a kid. As well as sunny boys.

And is Tang still around? I friend of mine used to have Tang sandwiches. Thank goodness teachers didn’t patrol lunch boxes when I was at school

Same. The comeback ones weren't quite the same but still yum.

Every so often, I find them in clear packets in IGAs. They're with the soy crisps. Like this.

White Knights were the best!  I loved Milo Bars too.  And those Smurf icecreams that were blue icypole on one stick and vanilla icecream on another stick.

There was also an icecream that I'm pretty sure was called 'Raspberries 'n' Cream.  It was a raspberry flavoured ice around a vanilla icecream centre.

Milo bars the really old ones were like just milo inside. So good!

Sunnyboys and Razz were a school favourite.

Not sure what Razz is? but if like Sunnyboys yes I loved them! and the Milo bars I only discovered before they stopped making them so think I have only ever had one -  was great though

two things I miss that may still be around but not like I remember is

1. it was like a paper sachet packet with 3 parts, one had a hard lolly stick then the other 2 sections were flavoured powder/sherbet stuff orange and raspberry I think

2. I know the lollies are still around but I remember being given  $1 or so and I picked individual lollies (for me though more chocolates) like chocolate buttons, freckles, mint leaves, fake teeth, musk sticks etc. in the corner shops.

as I said the lollies are still around and you can get them loose in posh lolly shops but I miss the old corner shops way of doing it

as you can see from the above I take my retro snacks very seriously

Oh, I’ve thought of another. Caramel paddle pops. The proper caramel paddle pop. I can still remember how delicious they were

In the late 1970s and early 1980s, our  primary school canteen  (Country NSW) had an icecream called a Double Nifty. 2 sticks of white icrecream covered in delicious chocolate. I used to eat all the chocolate off first.
