This one comes with both a commitment to a decorative theme and a free alligator

On that note - I like the chair in the laundry...I know I could use a break sometimes when I am in there

I feel like that kitchen had a very Brady Bunch feel about it.

Wow. The blue bathroom with the green bathtub and toilet. My 10yo loves it.

There's so much wallpaper in that place.

Alligator would have to go, or I'd build a massive fence around the house and pool so the alligator would just stay in its pond and leave me alone.

Um ... the trees, I love the trees.

Good thing there's room for all tastes.

I missed the Alligator, I'll have to go back, am caught up in the Australian open.

I couldn't see the alligator...

Well the bathrooms need to be completely gutted (pink shag pile in the bathroom?) but otherwise... I don't hate it..

Alligator is in the description, no photos of it.

That was exactly how it felt to me too. Have you seen the recent series where the actors who played the Brady kids did up the actual Brady Bunch house? They only used the facade originally, the rest was all studio sets.

It would of been an amazing house when it was new. I don’t hate it, the room dimensions are great and it’s like looking back in time.

The blue bathroom was unexpected.

I reckon every room in the house should have somewhere to sit! I often think what an improvement it would be if my bathroom had somewhere to sit apart from the uncomfortable edge of the bath (the loo is in a separate room 😄).

I kind of love it, apart from the pink shag. Couldn't see the alligator, all the wallpaper distracted me, I think!

I'd like to swan around in it wearing a psychedelic house dress and hair rollers.

I like the split levels....after looking at that all I can think is that my house is so boring

Not sure how much shagging will be going on in there

A couple of dry martinis and I'd be happy to entertain Don Draper for a retro hour or two!

Original late 70's, early 80's - I mean, I'd love to go look at it... but the colour is way too much.  So much potential though!

What do we call that...70's posh?

It's so ugly but definitely fixable. That land though is stunning!

More like 70s Filthy Rich.

Sometimes I look at these and go ... well maybe I should just ignore all the advice and keep my house 'sellable' and really put my personal stamp on it. Stuff it, the kids can deal with it when I'm dead.
The creepy kid picture in the bathroom was a classic, but I actually thought the two basins facing one another (so you didn't actually see each other) was very practical. I have no desire to stand next to my partner in the morning brushing my teeth.

I showed the family. The blue/green bathroom was the big wow in equal parts awe and horror.

We feel ripped off there isn't an alligator photo.

I actually genuinely like it. But I’m so desperate to own a home I’d pay extra for the alligator.
