Unorchestrated Bliss

Nicholas tells of the awe-inspiring birth of his baby daughter, Emily.
Nick plays for the Queensland Orchestra, and you can almost hear music in his description of this incredibly special event in his life.

An amazing life lies ahead;
can we envision the wonder of it all?
Every passing day will be something new,
imagine it.....
the greatest gift our days can bring.
When we speak, and smile and laugh,
small eyes will shine with eager sense.
Bless our child......a beautiful new part of us,
Emily may you touch the sky

What a SNAG! original.gif

A lovely story as usual Anni, and well I have always admired Nick for coming onto EB.  He has constantly shown his love and concern for his wife and DD through his posts and this story just confirms it further for me.

Jo, you are one lucky gal!

Nick that was an inspiring piece to read. It is such a rare and wonderful thing to get an honest male perspective on the journey of pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

Thankyou for sharing your story.

Oh and the poem is lovely original.gif
