Just wondering if anyone out there has a recipe for Kiss biscuits. My girls just love them!! and I am sick of paying close to $6 for only a few which would be gone as quickly as they are brought into the house lol. Can anyone help me!!!

Here are two from the EB recipe collection. They are listed as yo-yos. I will have a look in my cooking books for some more for you.
This is a bit of an aside, my grandmother used to make the best chocolate kisses, except I lost the recipe and she has long since passed on.
1/2 c icing sugar
1 t vanilla
1 cup flour
3/4 cup custard powder
Beat together butter and sugar then stir in remaining ingredients. Form walnut sized balls and flatten with a fork, bake 180c 10 mins. When cold sandwich together with a little jam (I use whatever flavour I have in the cupboard) and butter icing.
For the icing use:
1/2 c icing sugar
2 tbsp custard powder
Beat together and spread onto biscuits.
Yo-yo Biscuits 2
1 cup SR flour
2oz custard powder
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
Sift dry ingredients. Rub in butter to form a dough. Roll into small even balls, and press with a fork. Bake at 150 C for 20 minutes. When cold, join together with butter cream or an icing mixture.
