Hey Bluemist - take her temperature with a thermometer to be on the safe side. However, baby's heads, hands and feet are not a very good indication of their body temps. The best place to feel if you baby is too hot is the back of the neck or on their upper back area.
My DD's head is usually quite hot, her hands warm and feet cold, but her body temp when taken with thermometer is normal.
