hi everybody, my name is kayleen i am here to tell you about my birth story, i was 41 wks when i went into labour on 22nd of april 2001 they were only light contractions and the hospital told me to wait longer. By 5am on the 23rd of april we went off to the hospital with my mum and fiance in tow we got there and i was 3cm dilated they made me walk around as they said it helped with the contrations to keep them strong. After an hour of walking around they checked me again then decided they will break my waters that was a funny feeling. So i sucked on gas as my pain relife i was progressing slow so they put a drip in my hand, the doc keept running in and out of the door and said we might have to do c/s and i said no i can deliver this baby myself. At 3.27pm my beautiful dd was born 8 ponds and 54cm long now i am pregnant with my 2nd and i am looking forward to this again. :confuse:
