I soak pooey nappies in plain water overnight, then line dry in the sun.

You could soak the flats no problem, but I wouldn't do that to your BBH. The sun will remove the stains over time. Perhaps lay them out in the sun for a few hours and see if the marks improve?

If you can't use the sun (we cant as we live in an apartment so not allowed to hang stuff on the balcony and i dont use the outside lines) I recommend Sard wonder soap. It works so well (better than the spray) - it even got out butter chicken stains when it spilled over white stuff!

They don't need to be outside, and it doesn't need to be sunny - a windowsill will work, even on overcast days.

I think it is exposing them to UV light rather than sun that gets the stains out. Definitely no napisan on your Beehinds.
edited for spelling!
