OMG I went to the Dr's this morning and he did a urine test before sending me for bloods. Well the first three he did didnt work at all, no control line or anything and the last was a friggin BFN.... WTF? I'm so sad, how could that be? how could so many HPTs say positive and the dr's say negative?
I got the bloods done and got them to do the levels one and will know by 1:30 but OMG I'm freaking out that it will be a BFN just like last week!
I'm at work at the moment to which makes it worse.
Sorry girls, just had to vent
Posted 05 February 2007 - 10:46 AM
((hugs)) Sal, hope the BT show something...strange that the docs tests show BFN but HPTs show BFP...maybe the home tests are better LOL. Hope it is a BFP for you ((big hugs))
Posted 05 February 2007 - 10:47 AM
Oh no Sal maybe your doctor has a really crappy bunch of tests or something. Maybe the blood tests will show differently I'll be hanging out for your news this arvo too, and I'm sure it must be positive news

Oh god I love those sigs of Lucky Mama. Getting me all excited for when McDreamy and McSteamy hit my screen again
Kirsty Feeling much better today, thans! DH has taken the day off work to "help" me. God, now I am worried that he does read my posts - LOL.
I agree with Caz, getting Eleanor to help with things such as nappies etc. Emily choosing Benjis clothes made her feel soooo important. It's a great job . Don't forget that newborns do tend to sleep alot, so you will have plenty of time to get into a good routine once Charlie arrives. It won't affect Billy too much. It will only be a few hours before he forgets that Charlie wasn't always there IYKWIM?
And, it will only be just over a month that you have three under three. Then it will be three under four, and that is alot easier to cope with.
I think you are being way too hard on yourself. You will be surprised at how easily everything will slip into place. (((hugs))), because I do know how you are feeling, haven't forgotten that part!
B Oh hun, I hope everything is fine. I am with Kirsty and am now extra worried about you. I am sure you will fill us in when/if you are ready to do so.
Cricket OMG, I actually watched it last night. It was fantastic. How well did Brad Hodge play? I came into the room just as he was getting into the swing of things. A bit sad that he didn't quite get that 100 though.
I had forgotten that there is a bit of eye candy in the cricket team, might develop a sudden interest again...
Um, I did have more personals to do from the last thread, but for the life of me can't remember. Anyway, off to Bunnings to buy some external blinds.

Jodes - I'm so proud of you, hopefully we can turn you into a cricket nut

AARGHH no news yet there had better be some news before i have my drs appointment today or i will go spare.
B i hope things are ok we are all of course very worried about you.
Sal i hope the bt comes up with some thing +.
Well Riley had his first real asthma attack last week which agian meant we had to stay in hosptial. then the night that we get released he has another attack which i just tried to get him through at home but when i saw the specialist the next day the info he gave me said that the second attack was a sever asthma attack and he should have agian been in hospital. So it was all a bit scary as dp was working night shift and i was home alone with the two boys.
Well i might go do some surfing till i hear some news.

Sal: (((hugs))) to you sweetie, the Dr's tests are always CRAP IMO, they ahve never shown a BFP for me even when I had +HPT's from home. Almost time to hear your BT results, am hanging about waiting
Jess: How frightening for you, I hope Riley is feeling better soon Poor little guy
Tameika: Oooh what an 'informative' ticker ROFL!!
Jodes: Glad you are feeling better, I sooked at DH wanting him to stay home but am kind of glad he has gone to work, he is hopeless at being helpful anyway
Thanks for your advice You are my 3 kid guru you know Eleanor loves to help, but only when she is not being a moody cow..talk about 2 going on 14, she even slams her door like a moody teenager. I know it is just attention seeking but she can really push my buttons at times!!
Carolyn: Forgot to say how awesome your pergola looks!! Thanks to you too for your advice. Best of luck with the doggie sitaution
Now I am starting to lose my voice Can a sickness not just pass me by?? Owwwwww it HURTS

Sal - the exact same thing happened to me with this pg...HPT showed NO pg, then faint line, then stronger line. Went to doc's all excited and his showed NO pg...he said the ones they use look for such high traces of hcg so I was probably pg but not high enough levels to register...he was right blood test was positive and as you know I am now 26 weeks tomorrow! Fingers crossed for positive results for you, I'm sure you'll be fine!
Jess - I hope Riley is ok.
BBL for news and to post pics of our lunch time yogurt eating episode...as a warning to those who have yet to hand over the spoon to their tot!!

What a terrific news day!!! Little babies happening everywhere, just gorgeous
Posted 05 February 2007 - 12:59 PM
Ellie - The fires are about 2 hours south of Perth so none of us are effected, thanks for worrying though.
Sal - Yey excellent news, see the girls were right.
Tamieka - TTC at the end of the year? Well done but I think you should get started now, we need more pregnant girls in this group. LOL at your attempt to get a photo, bit like that isn't it. I find that dressing miss A is a pain too, she just runs away from me.
Jess - I hope Riley is better and over his attack, how scary for you.
Cecile - My mother gave Tyson a Yogo to eat in the car on the way home yesterday. He ate 1/2 then gave the rest to Angelique, he was cracking up laughing in the car so I turned around at the first opportunity and she was covered in sticky gooey chocolate yogo, not happy mummy
Kathy - How was your fancy dress party? Photos please, as promised
Kirsty - You better be well by Saturday, sending you anti cold vibes!
B - Classic photo, you've just reminded me it's lunch time and I'm starved
I had a surprise this morning at work, a new LCD monitor. What a difference is makes especially checking out signatures and photos.
