Tonight we're having a chicken & mushroom casserole. I cooked it early this morning as it takes 1.5 hrs in the oven. We have it quite often as its got lots of vegies in it. My DD loves it too. Its a good way to get her to eat vegies. I usually put it in the slow cooker and let it cook all day but this morning decided to throw it in the oven instead.
Just in case you don't see my reply in the what's for dinner thread, could you please give me this recipe? It sounds so yummy and I want to use my slow cooker more for healthy meals. Could you please post both the slow cooker and oven method? Please??
