LOVE this new forum! wub.gif

I just want to give my kitchen drains a clean out, they are probably full of crap, so just wanted to clean it out.

Any ideas?

sprinkle a bit of baking soda in the drain and add white vinegar.  fizzes up too!

I've always used bi card and vinegar for mine even when they get blocked, works a treat!

Pour down a decent amount of bi-carb, then boil the kettle.. so its ready and hot!
then pour down about a cup of vinegar and it will all fizz and bubble, then when the fizz goes down pour down a kettle full of boiling water, then boil again and pour a second kettle of boiling water down it.
