Hi, new here so I'm not sure if you've discussed this or not. Has everyone else been hearing about this no nappy idea, you listen and watch your baby so you learn when they need to go, then hold them over the potty or toilet and let them do it there? It means no nappies and no toilet training. Just wondering what everyone else thinks and do you think its a reasonable idea or would be completely impossible to do? Thanks

I read about this in That's Life. Be good if it worked. Don't know how you're supposed to know when they need to go though?

I like the concept but i think with in an hour of several little widdles i'd give in and be down the shops buying huggies out of my own frustrations

i haven't done it though in summer my dd was almost always nappy free.we didn't to the elimination communication, just let her be free after a wet nappy change.
what i know is that you need to be IN TOUCH with your bub and actually spend a lot of time listening to them, it is hard work aswell i hear, you need to be with them so that you can see the signs and que them to go to the toilet.
if you choose to go down that path then good luck--i think in theory it's a great idea.
but keep in mind that it will only work if you want it to work
