I have a recipe I want to try but need to make ahead of time.
Melt 250g chocolate, stir in 1 cup chopped dates, sultanas or glace giner. Drop teaspoons of mixture onto baking paper, allow to set at room temperature
Do you think these would keep in the freezer then just take them out a few hours before serving?
I don't want to make a test batch because I do not need more to eat!

There's nothing there that needs freezing, if you store it in an airtight container in a cool place they will keep fine until christmas.
If you freeze them they'll get condensation all over them and be really tacky when thawed.

Thanks for the reply. Do you think it would be a problem to keep in the fridge ?
