I know exactly how you feel. Last week I was the same - stuck to my points, did some excersise and then actually looked forward to my weigh-in only to find I'd only lost 1/2 kilo...!!
And yes, it's disheartening.
But the thing is, you lost weight. If you "only" lost that much for the next four weeks, you'd still be nearly 2kgs lighter!!
When I have weeks like this, I tell myself that I may be heading *slowly* in the right direction, but I **am** still headed that way and as long as I keep heading that way, however slow it may be some weeks, eventually I will be where I want to be!
If you get disheartened and give up you will never get there.
So keep at it! You are doing the right thing!!!
