Forget about the scales for a minute... do you FEEL better? Do you think clothes are fitting better and your shape is improving?
You're eating a protein-rich diet and exercising well, which means you're building muscle at the same time as the fat's falling off. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you don't see the difference on the scales, but you'll be looking a heap better. Last time I got on a serious health kick (which involved lots of gym work), I dropped a dress size but ended up weighing more!
Instead of weighing yourself, why don't you follow your progress with waist/hip measurements, and how far you can run?
Slowly, slowly, is the only healthy way to get weight off if you want to keep it off. What you're doing sounds really sensible and healthy - I'd say stick with it!
The only other advice I can think of with your diet is to look for hidden fats/calories in sauces, dressings, sandwich spreads etc... a little kilojoule counter book would help.
