I know this group has fallen apart, and we haven't even bothered with birthdays this year, but I have been thinking about our little group lately, and I wanted to let Michelle know that I've been thinking of her today.

Thank you Nic.

I've logged in to EB tonight for the 1st time in quite a few years. I've read threads as a guest but have kept to myself & haven't ventured in here at all. As you can see from my sig a lot has happened since Lachie left us & our family has grown. Thank you to those who continue to remember Lachie & send me messages, it means a lot. Also thank you to those of you who heard our news on the grapevine & sent us congratulation messages.

I finished Uni in 07 & have been working as a RN since then, I am now on mat leave from work & also post grad Uni.

Hope you & your 5 yr olds are all doing well. Where has the last 5 yrs gone????

Although we have stopped posting in this post, I thought I'd just let you all know that on 12th September 2012, Mrsgg lost her battle with Breast Cancer. She is now at peace and free from pain.

RIP Janel, you fought long and hard.

That's very sad :(

I too haven't been on in *ages* (I moved to the USA and other things have been on my mind).

That's awful news.

Well, after a very very very long time (so long that I can't remember my old username and log in details), I decided to visit EB and see if anyone has posted here! Looks like nothing has happened in a long time, but I thought in case anyone is lurking, I'd post an update.

You all know me as Claudine, and my youngest, Talyn, was born on 23rd Jan. She's now 12 going on 18 and as feisty as hell! Life has been one big rollercoaster ride for us - since I was here last, I've become a single Mum for the second time (left my DH in 2010, went back then left again). I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2009, and with spinal arthritis, and then in 2014 I had major bowel surgery and am now living with a permanent colostomy bag. Sometimes life likes to throw us a few curve balls. But I always bounce back!

I'm still living in Sydney, but am looking at moving to the Gold Coast in the next few months to be close to my older Sister, who is a single Mum too after her DH passed away from bowel cancer 5 years ago.

I hope everyone is keeping well, and your 12yr olds are as happy and healthy as can be :)

Claudine xx
