Hi Ladies,
Well so far so good...no AF yet. Hoping Rocky has burrowed in safely. Have all kinds of symptoms..sore breasts, cramping, pimples, lethargy and would you believe....horniness??? LOL Can't tell if it's the Crinone, early pgncy or preAF. Bought an HPT today, but almost too scared to use it...don't know how I'll cope with a -ve. Only two more sleeps til Beta test. Thanks to Mergie, Minni and other well wishers. I'll let you know how it goes.

Sorry for two posts in a row, but it looks like I'm out for this cycle. Just did a sensitive HPT and it was -ve BFN sad.gif  Wanted to know before going away tomorrow. Very sad at the moment, so may not be posting much. Thanks for all your support. I'm hoping to be back in the game by mid-May which would put me in the June 2WWers if all goes well. Need to have a month off for my body to heal (still in pain from EPU). Thanks again to all those who wished me well. Mergie...I'll be thinking of you.

Rain, I am so sorry to read of your news.  Big hugs, and hoping you feel better soon.  Not fair, really you deserved a BFP.
Mergie, I am so pleased to read your positive posts once again.  Good on you for getting back on the horse so to speak.  Looking forward to hearing how you are progressing on the ivf front.
Im sorry I depressed some of you with my m/s probs in my last post! Im sure you wont get it like i have.  My theory is mines been bad enough for ALL of us oldies in here, so theres no need for anyone else to get it.  (arent I noble!)
In fact, its slightly better this week, so in all optimism im thinking its the end of the road for spewing for me!  My philosphy is that becouse this bub has been giving me the spews, that its gonna be the PERFECT baby when its born.  Is that how it works girls??? A baby that sleeps through the night, feeds easily and is a breeze to deliver????? wishful thinking??
take care all, hope easter bunny finds you all (and the pregnancy bunny even more importantly)...

Sorry I haven't been around, just takes it out of me working fulltime, without my DH home at nights and getting Analeise ready for bed and I'm sick again.  Grrrr i just got rid of the last cold 2 weeks ago and here i have another one!  Well at least I have easter to get over it.

Looks like we are just about due for a new thread and an update too.  Beats me why women come in here and post once and say can i be included in the rollcall and we never hear from them again!  Maybe they forget they came here or are lost finding us again!  Was trying to hang out till April but this is really getting long isn't it.  I'll give it a few more days.

Cathy, so glad to hear the results from your CVS are normal, what a relief for you.  I can well imagine the stress you have been going thru waiting.

Rain, I'm so sorry to hear rocky didn't make it.  The first IVF negative is really hard - i mean they all are but it's such a shock and the rollercoaster comes to such an abrupt end it's really hard emotionally.  Take so time out and look after yourself.

Mergie, wow so you're doing IVF just like that!  Like you said at least you will know you have tried everything.  So i am guessing you will start next cycle.  Hard to prepare yourself Mergie, but just keep in mind this is really emotionally taxing, there are so many hurdles to get thru and it really takes it out of you.  My advise is - especially the 1st time around go easy on organising and attending social functions.  You don't know how the drugs will effect you and it's your time now, you need to put everything into IVF so go easy on stuff around you till you know how it effects you - and maybe it won't but just in case.  Will be here as much as i can to answer questions.

Wishingstar are you feeling better now?  Good to hear how you are doing.  I'm sorry we lost Mamadom, she's getting close to being due and its months since we heard how she is doing.

Speaking of which we never heard what Bluemist and Ink8 had!

Minni this must be a tough time for you with your DD near and your cycles so screwed up, its crappy when our own bodies deceive us like this isn't it.  Hope things improve for you.

Mazee, good to hear all is well with you and Gab.

SLJ, great news your 1st scan went well.

Chrissy, how are you doing and what's news with you?

I'm nearly 19 weeks!  No m/s and tiredness gone and i felt the baby move for the 1st time yesterday, yeh!  Nothing much since but Analeise was the same.  We are flying to Sydney next w/e for an 80th birthday party.  DH can't fly up till Sat night due to work so its going to be interesting flying with Analeise and myself as she tends to run off a bit and i can't run after her now.  mmmm going to be a challenge booking in with a suitcase, stroller and t2tandrum girl original.gif  Have our 20 week scan booked for April 5th.

Have a good easter everyone.  Sorry if i have missed anyone, i am feeling like crap with this cold.

Well, hopefully now that I'm not trying to do two jobs at once I will have a chance to catch up on what's happening around here. Has been bedlam at work.

Minni - hugs, I hope it settles soon.

Mergie - I told my parents last weekend, it was my birthday, but I gave my mother a little album with 'Nanna's Angel' on it, she liked it but it took a while for her to catch on...lol My dad was a bit shellshocked, he hadn't expected anything like this....but they are quite happy now, and already planning ahead! Dp's brothers know and we will be telling his mum today sometime when she drops in.

Cathy - Great news on your test results, now you can try to relax a bit more.

Rain - hugs - Hope next time is better for you.

Wishingstar - I'll go with your m/s theory it sounds good to me.....lol

JB - 19 weeks it seems to be flying by...well for us anyway..lol Good luck with the 20 week scan, and hope you have an easy flight and a great party!

Ok update on me, have made it to 8 weeks so far no problems except the usual, m/s, bit tired, and very hit and miss with food. Find I'm starving one minute, but once I get food in front of me, the body then decides....hmmm now will I allow this to be eaten today........sometimes yes....sometimes no...lol
Have started taking a pregnancy vitamin, which seems to be helping a bit with m/s, although now, m/s doesn't tend to hit me until evening getting worse til I end up in bed. Ah the joys......lol

Stay Strong! Think Positive!
