Hi all

Just a quick one.
Not much happening here, just plodding along.

19 week scan and first hospital visit next Thursday, we have decided (at this stage we keep changing our mind)to find out the sex of the tadpole.

Have just hired a new employee to take over from myself while I'm on leave, just have to train them now. They will also take over from my colleague who is on long service leave from mid August until Late October, so looks like there may be a few weeks where the 'new'person will have to make do with out either of us....Had best start training now...lol

Vicki - hugs and best wishes

Mergie - fingers and everything else crosed for you.

Minni - destress....now that sounds like a good idea..and while money is good....satisifaction is always good.

Stay Strong! Think Positive!

It's offical

AF arrived with full force early hours this morning.

I'm coping alot better than last cycle, must have been the -ve HPT's.

Have to go for the BT tmw morning regardless.  Have made an appointment with my Dr for next Friday.  We're considering using our sole frozen embie this cycle.  I'm as regular as clock work so it should be a natural FET.

We have a Gold Coast holiday booked for the middle of next month.  I'd like to go away not doing any form of AC process and just relax and enjoy our holiday.
DH then has another week off which will have us hanging about the house and doing day trips. We'll spend this time deciding on whether we'll stick to AC or hang up our boots and start living for now.  It's ironic really, this time last year we had decided to give it away once I turned 42, 12 months later and we're going through it all again. I wonder what we'll decide????

My head is telling me one thing but my heart just won't follow.

Mergie, I am so sorry, I know what you mean about the head and heart..I said the same thing once I turn 42 thats it we will get on with our lives, but as it got closer I knew it wasn't going to happen, though I think it is good to have a plan even if it is "revised" periodically..We were very lucky I hope you will be too.

I am off to T'ville on Friday as DH rang yesterday and said he had to go to korea(sth)for 10 days.  He hates leaving us behind especially when we have all been sick so he wanted me to go to visit my parents while I can.  He left at 6am this morning, he couldn't even wait until after the Ob visit this morning.  I wasn't happy but I know he wasn't either...after all they pay the bills....

regards Cathy

Mergie,
I'm so sorry.  I kept revising my age thing too and i think thats natural for most women that you are not quite ready to give up and its not something that you can do overnight cause you hit that certain number.
I like how you've got a lone ranger and to be transferred in a FET cycle.  You take care Mergie ok.

I'm going to start our June thread now.
JB
