Up here in sunny Qld, it's hot. Well hot for winter anyway! Up until now I've been really good with walking DD to/from school most days. It's about a 1.2km walk each way but with the heat, it's too much for my DD to walk it (she's only 5!), and as summer approaches it looks like I'll be driving a lot.
Gyms aren't an option for me, and neither's swimming as I have a toddler to supervise also. Just wondering how do you all stay motivated to exercise in the warmer weather, and what kind of workouts do you do?

we are in sydney, DD's school is about a 15 minute walk we walk to and from school everyday our weather hasn't been too bad of late nice sunny days.
In summer we will continue to walk school unless its really really hot then other workouts that I will be doing are ;
jumping on the trampoline
going for a run around the block

I will be doing aqua aerobics at the local pool (goes for 1 hour) while dh looks after the girls 2 time per week as well as my normal aerobic classes that i do now at the local cwa hall while he looks after the girls 3 times per week.
