Goodmorning ladies,

Net is sill down at home so relying on getting into the office to get online and I am soo deprived lol.

All seems well here - ob appt on tuesday confirmed bub is head down, in a good position with her back to my left side (on the day) and seems to be measuring ok (not a big bub) but good for 36weeks. BP is low which explains the lightheadedness all the time has been consistently 90/50 during this pg....

I have spoken to the ob and midwives about birth positions and stitches again and what happened last time (being stitched without adequate anaesthetic so felt every single bit of the whole 20 minute process) to repair a lateral vaginal wall tear (ouchies) and the ob was appalled at the dr who did that. Aparrently also there is practically no chance I will get to deliver in any position other than on the bed on my back (unless the midwife who saw me on tuesday is on duty when Im in there). She is very experienced in delevering in other positions and has transfered to the hosp from a birth centre and is happy to let me go how i want providing everything is ok with bub etc....just hope she is on now!!!! I am glad she was honest with me about my chances of choosing how I want to deliver because I would have been disappointed otherwise.

Need to organise a capsule still, get a haircut, and a few other last minute things for my bag and then pack it (lol) - kind of excited but nervous about it all starting because I know what has to come after....

Oh - had a phonecall from a friend yesterday re another good friend who had apparrently told another friend that she had said goodbye to her 3 yr old son and was going to kill herself (she has a 7mth old aswell) who we think she was at home with.....calls were made and a stack of nurses etc rushed out yesterday morning to find out what was going on...haven't heard anything back yet and don't want to call...she is having a really hard time but its because she has such high expectations of herself and can't let go of some of them...her DH is on anti D's to cope with her but she refuses to go on any medication....their marriage is stressed to the max, they both have high pressure gov jobs and its Christmas! . I really hope everything is ok with them!!!!!!! sad.gif  sad.gif  cry1.gif

Better go do some more catching up....talk again later ladies and will try and get a 36wk belly pic up original.gif

Helloo!!!

I've been lurking but not posting much lately - probably because I've got no news. Kids good. Work good. DH good.

Tired all the time

You know the drill  biggrin.gif

One exciting thing did happen today though .......

I've got another poo painter!!! Hooray!!! Walking in to get him out of his cot after the afternoon sleep and WHAM!!! First the smell hits you, then the realisation that he doesn't have a nappy on then here comes that good old sinking feeling..... Oh well. I can sort of laugh now.

Gina - good luck for the next few weeks - can't believe another bubba is on the way!!

Jodi - hope this month is the one!

Kat - I think your U/S is tomorrow - enjoy!

Eeeeww Sam!! I remember Miller doing that once, it was exactly how you described, but it took me a second more to realise what he was chomping on  sick.gif

Gina I can't believe how close you are now! I wonder why the hospital will only let you birth in the one position? I hope your friend is ok, sounds like a desperate cry for help.

This will be hubbies first time seeing them.. so maybe it might seem "more real" to the both of us that we are having twins.

hands.gif that everything is fine!!

Ob appointment straight after ultrasound... so will find out if I can go back to work next week or not.. or still need to rest up.

Hey girls

sorry gina!!!!

Scan went well.. the babies were kicking away in there.. and it was so cute.. they had their heads next to each other... and their bodies curled around the outside..so they looked mirror imaged lol.

Sizes are great... much on par.. and both heart beats were 143 lol.

Got a heap of print outs.. but they aren't as clear as the last place I went to with my previous pregnancies...and have the ultrasound on dvd aswell.

Found out where the bleeding has come from.. I have a large clot at the bottom...placenta's up the top (which is a good thing.. that they are in different places).

As soon as I got home.. I just had this feeling and quickly went to the toilet...and I had started to bleed again :cries: So, back on bedrest......and no work next week either... I haven't been to work for 2 weeks now.... they are going to hate me... with it being the busiest time of the year. My ob did say because of the clot that I might tend to bleed.. with it being twins.

Will try and get shane to scan the ultrasound pics at some stage.

gonna have a nanna nap.. I have fallen asleep twice writing this small post LOL

quick one - have been in hospital since sunday night with high temps, vomiting and stuff which no one could find a cause for however BT's came back this morning showing some viral infection which seems to be easing off now and I was discharged this morning. Baby is all good but my boobs are huge since last night when I went to  have a shower (they are bigger while Im pg anyway but this is quite a sizeable increase again lol)....does that mean bub might be ariving early - never had it happen with Hayden till my milk came in day 3 post birth  huh.gif

Hope you are all well.

Will catch up when I can xx

waves.gif  so quiet in here!!!

Gina - hope your feeling better!! I recon she is coming early!!!  Not long to go!!!

I spent yesterday arvo at the hospital. I just didn't feel "right". I was really lightheaded, dizzy, shaking, felt like my heart was beating out of my chest and through my whole body, I have had a really tender lump develop under my chin and an itchy rash on my belly. In short I was a complete emotional wreck. The doctor was worried about german measles to start with, but ruled that out and decided I was run down and my body seemed to be fighting a virus. He has put me on bed rest for today and told me I need to slow down. Yeah right, I work full time and I have three littlies, not to mention life in general on top of that. Plus Troy is away atm. Anyways, I took the boys to school and daycare today, stopped at the shop on the way home and got some trashy magazines, some chocolate and am now relaxing with a cup of tea. My skin is totally broken out and horrible too. Arrgghhh!!!

I start my new job next week, where my hours drop from 40 per week to 25 per week. It couldn't have come at a better time, me thinks!!!

Anyways, back to relaxing mode!!  original.gif
