Can somebody please teach me how to add a ticker?

Hi everyone, i have tried numerous times to add a ticker, but always ends in a FAIL!
Can someone please teach me how to add one?  oomg.gif

I have been trying aswell, i paste the code in the box and click save but then nothing is there. I will keep posted incase you find out how, I can get the secret from you biggrin.gif

If you are entering information in the signature box, but when you update, nothing happens, that is something that new members seem to have experienced. Have you tried just entering any text, not a ticker?

If you need help with the ticker code, please paste it into a post or PM, and I can check it for you.

Hi again mum2be, when i copied the code that the web site gave to me into the sig box, i then clicked on the picture in the top right hand corner of two arrows in a circle (sorry i don't know how to copy the picture here!) then I just clicked on update and it appeared. I tested it out first just by writting something in the box and clicking this picture then posting and it worked.

Have you tried that yet? Sorry not sure what else to do? I have been as lost as you for the past week or so, I'm glad you posted asking how to, otherwise I never would have got it. shrug.gif  

Hopefully you get it working soon

mum2be - you need to change the way it is written, as that is the "html" code, and you need the "bb" code. I've done it for you:
