Carita thinking of you. Nothing to say but im so sorry...protect yourself and give yourself time xo

CC i totally understand. there is no formula of 'how to cope' in this process. Although counselling, BGs, friends are all good nothing changes really how you feel deep down or helps you escape your own private pain...hugs for u x

carita, I'm so sorry, I was really hoping this was the one for you after af stayed away so long. Sending you lots of bbighug.gif s. I hope you and your dh get to spend some time together to heal and build up strength again. The wine sounds good.

cc, I understand where you are coming from. I feel the same every time and even now after everything. I hope your embies are growing well.

Carita - thinking of you, hope you got nice and sloshed over the weekend.

CC - I know exactly how you feel too, you start off with decent numbers and then by TFR it's dwindled away.  Hopefully you'll have a few to pop on ice.

Happy belated birthday Still.

Shiba - how you going?????

Big hello to eveyone else!!!

*Sigh*...I'm out.   cry1.gif   Expected it but I still got my hopes up a little bit.  I'm gonna take a break this month and perhaps change FS.  Forgive me if I'm MIA for a while....need to sort things out in the meantime.

hhugs.gif to Carita.

Spock - how're you hanging?  All the best for you. xoxo

Hi everyone

So sorry Carita and Shiba.  Not fair.  Not fair at all.   Don't know how you feel about new age stuff, but the latest thing I am trying is meditation CDs if you want copies you could PM me your addresses.   I have 1 on general relaxation which is lovely and 2 on fertility.   Anyway let me know.

Hi CC, hope the embies are holding up well.  Is transfer today?

Hi Still, Toquenne, Spocky.   Hope everything is going well.   Have you had a scan yet T?

Hi Mrs H, welcome.  Come post some more.  What are your plans?

Hi Kim, I can't remember where you are up to cycle wise?  Are you seeing a new FS?

AFM   ***Warning upsetting ***

I have had some more bad luck.  You would think miscarriages, failed IVF, and major abdominal surgery would be enough for 1 year but...my beautiful naughty grey cat Smokey Joe was hit by a taxi (who didn't stop) and he was paralysed with internal injuries so I had to have him PTS.  Just devastating.

Then, my mum goes in for a routine mammogram and is found to have breast cancer.  cry1.gif She can't get into the specialist until the end of September so we don't yet know what we are dealing with or what treatment she will need.   It's very small so hopefully it was caught early.

Aargh.  It's all a bit too much TBH.  Lucky I don't believe in curses.

Anyway xxoo to everyone.  Thanks for listening - it really helps.

M

Shiba, I'm so sorry. I don't know what to say except I know how you feel and I hope you too are going to open a bottle of wine (or 2). Understandable you want to take a break and get back to yourself. Sending you lots of bbighug.gif s.

carita, hope you're not feeling too low today.

meggie, wow, you are a strong person to be going through so much this past year and not crack under it all. Your poor cat, that is so so sad. I'm very attached to my mum's little dog and I can't imagine how painful it must have been for you and Smokey Joe. Bloody taxi driver. And your mum, I realy hope it is small and easily treatable.

Oh meggie what an awful series of events for you sad.gif I'm just so sorry. It all just seems so unfair to have this piled upon you - and your family - when you're already struggling. hugs to you  hhugs.gif

shiba- I'm so sorry you're out this month and absolutely understand you might need to take some time out from EB. It can be very intense and baby-oriented! Take good care of yourself in the meantime x x x

Sorry just a quick one from me- thanks to all of of you for your understanding about the embryo thing- fortunately we had two good ones transferred today (phew) but the scientists were a bit evasive about how many we'd have to freeze - maybe two, not sure. It does seem like a small haul from 19 eggs....but I know that's how it is with blasts. Anyway all your lovely understanding comments made me feel better & I'm feeling ok now. Starting Clexane tonight.

xxx

Shiba-Aww crap, so sorry to hear about your news. Hope you have some time to relax and take care of yourself. We'll be here when you're ready. xoxo

megs-What a horrible time you've been having! I'm so sorry to hear about your mum and your cat. Hopefully your mum has found it early enough to get it taken care of without too many invasive procedures. Will be thinking of you...xoxo...thanks for the offer of the meditation cds. I've actually got a few from a counsellor I used to see. I kinda laughed about them but secretly liked listening to them.

cc-Thanks for the message. I'll let you know how it goes. Glad to hear your transfer went well. Fingers and toes crossed for you. We need some good news around here!

Just wanted to say thanks again to everyone. This is such a lovely group.
