It's raining - and my keyboard is still stuffed. I am also bored.
Hilarious isn't it? When I just type flat out and tell you all how bad the keyboard is, it works.
Haha roll2.gif  roll2.gif  roll2.gif  roll2.gif

SOoooooooooo sleepy.  Should go to bed!  Took the kids up to my Mum & Dad's today (they've both just had their birthdays, 6th & 10th).  Took some cupcakes up, sang happy birthday to them both.  Kids had fun playing with 3 of their cousins.  Drive has taken it out of me.  Sook la.

Worked Friday & yesterday, BUSY.  Only a 5 minute break Friday wacko.gif  And worked 45 minutes overtime wacko.gif  Got my breaks last night, but worked 40 minutes overtime again wacko.gif

Mickey it's unbelievable how fast the last 2 years have gone hey?!  When you ask Ava how old she is going to be on her birthday she proudly says "two!" wub.gif  Just under 2 months to go for her now!

ok, it's bed time, I'm buggered.  Wish tomorrow wasn't a school day!  Just this week then holidays, can't come soon enough!

I don't have access to FB at work.

That's OK.  Work has been going fantastic.  Still having a few issues but with regards to the actual work and I and my boss, everything is going just fabulous.

I have a favour to ask....... what we discuss on EB, stays on EB.

I hear a collective 'huh?'.

Hey Marites, my phone is playing up, I have stuffed up the settings somewhere and I cannot reply to text messages, they stay in the outbox and say "re-sending in 3 minutes" but it never does!

Anyway, yes, it stays on EB!

Ohhhhhhhhhhh I just saw your sig!!

Congratulations! That's wonderful news!!!

*LOL*  In my twisted sense of humour I just think its funny no one has checked this thread for 6 days.

Hanging out for the 7 weeks scan which is in a week.  It's done by my IVF specialist.  The seeing my ob 3 weeks after that.  It's still the same one as before and seeing as I've had complications with both (especially post-partum) I'm sticking with her.

Things must be on track coz yesterday I felt so bluergh I left work at lunchtime (something I've never done).  even this morning I wasn't feeling great and when the nausea disappeared, the fatigue did.

Been busting to tell you guys.  Wonder how long it will take for others to check this thread.

Congratulations Marites happy.gif  Hope everything goes well for you!  (another who only rarely pops in here now)

Home alone tonight, think I am missing them all a little too, but am enjoying the peace.  Trying to get the house in order without someone needing me, but it's also nice to just do nothing without someone needing me too.

Hope everything goes well MSM.

I don't come here much anymore either.  Wonder if it's the same for lots of people on these types of forums.  Seems like there was an exodus to facebook.

Garlic butter prawns for dinner tonight YUM,  DH is in the kitchen.

I do miss the more personal banter here though.
All is so brief on FB

Alot of stuff I would not say to everyone on my FB IYKWIM
but then we have SHREK don't we. LOL

Hope everyone is good,    SOPH miss hearing from you.

I know what you mean Mich, Facebook is great but doesn't seem as personal when you have all your friends/family mishmashed into the one status update LOL

I like SHREK though...I like the discussions feature and the wall for quick updates. I also like that NOONE can see it. I never liked any jo blow could see in here LOL

Last day of holidays here. Gorgeous day!! Girls playing (fighting!) outside and I'm trying to face Miss E's disaster zone. Maybe bagging up her toys might send her the message ggrrr LOL

I like Shrek too original.gif

How about we set up a General Chat thread on there?

Spring cleaning here - we got 10 bags of clothes out of the wardrobes for the Salvation Army. Should have seen the ladies faces when we dropped them in Tounge1.gif

And the kids have been baking. Yummy muffins.

I miss our daily updates on here.. its really not the same on facebook - I loved knowing what everyone was doing LOL..

Lisa your puppy it GORGEOUS!!!!

Long weekend here. DH went away friday morning and I expect to see him tomorrow evening (no doubt just in time for the kids to go to bed).
Took the boys to dinner at a friends place tonight, which was lovely. Baden cheered up a lot whilst there which was a bonus. Poor little fella is teething but he is REALLY missing DH - they are REALLY close and its DH he goes to whenever he wants cuddles sad.gif or he just wants to play rough LOL.. he has been walking around the house asking for 'dadda' and whenever a car drives down our court he runs to the front window to see if its DH pulling in the driveway.. wub.gif

Anyway I am excited as a friend of mine and I are going to Bali next year. Probably mid year sometime. I have never done anything like this without DH before and I am really hoping he doesnt freak out about having the boys for a week.

Perfect! It can be just like here...and tick over into a new discussion when it gets too long. I like it because I got a bit wary of posting things like when we were going places, where we were and when the house was empty up in a public forum (like EB) because I would be fairly easy to track because of work....paranoid. Now that E is older too. Anyway laughing2.gif

Bali! Sounds great Shan original.gif

Congrats MsM original.gif Lovely news. Better shared thru shrek though! More people would have noticed sooner!!

I agree, setting up a general chat area where we can all go and just chin wag would be good - and we might find we're even able to get the flow happening again.
EB seems much slower since FB really took off. . . the general areas are kinda ok still, but the BG's are sooo quiet!

Am at work, unmotivated. Looking forward to MissB's party tomorrow... she's like Ava, going around saying how she's going to be 2  biggrin.gif YAY
