butterflyangels, it was "Today" perfume - my customer's favourite and my favourite.
I'm feeling not so grumpy today - had coffee with my girlfriends

Just wanted to make it a little bit official, and hopefully get some info at the same time.
After 5 years, I will be bowing out of Avon - campaign 9 will be my last. Have been finding it less fun than it was and that I'm spending more and more time trying to 'sort' out things with customer service.
I have been trying to call it quits for a while but the sheer numbers of delayed products have made this too tricky. So I just have to bite the bullet and set an end date.
After I finish, if any of my customers want to return an item should I contact the district manager and get them to sort it out or what do I do?
Also I fully expect that there will be some still shorted items (have been waiting on some since campaign 2), will Avon deliver these to me when they become available even though I have not put in an order? I don't mind delivering them to my customers, collecting payment and sending payment to Avon, but not keen on being hit with the $10 delivery fee just because they were outstanding from previous campaigns. Hope that makes sense.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry you are leaving avon Fancie.
I understand when your heart is not in it anymore and it becomes more of a hassle, my heart hasn't been in it for ages but I keep it going for my friends.
If you do have any returns in the next 3 months you can go straight to your district manager and she will get it sorted for you.
As far as shorted items go and receiving them, if it was campaign 2 and doubt you will get the items sorry and I am not sure if you will get charged an extra delivery
Enjoy your last campaign

Thanks for the info, Mandy.
It has been a pleasure talking with you over the last couple of years, and I want to thank you for all the assistance, advice and information you have cheerfully given not just to me but lots of other 'Avon Ladies' (lol) in that time.
I would like to wish you all the best in the future. Your gracious nature won't be forgotten.
Thanks again, and cheerio!
P.S. Farewell to everyone in this thread and good luck with your Avon businesses. See you elsewhere on the boards!
