So exhausted, the 10 year old and the 3 year old are annoying each other non stop.... I want to hide with the 14month old , she's so much easier! who would have thought!

Kylie: so glad bf is going so well for you this time, it's hard to juggle your time but it will be great when bub cuts down his time at the boob in a month... you'll be sailing! and being able to sleep, eat, play with evan haha

Shell: good luck for tomorrow!! woohoo, so exciting.

Brooke: your miss Hannah is gorgeous! (much like her mum) so sorry you are still having a rough time with Busters death, be strong for the anniversary. Good luck with TTC.

Jess: how are you feeling, going, etc? wohoo on DH getting you and ipad, I've hinted for months to my DH but he keeps saying that with an iphone and a macbook why on earth do I need one... he 'may' have a point

AFM: going well, morning sickness is starting to ease which is fab, so excited for my NT scan on the 10th Jan, DH booked me a business class ticket over to Syd on the Emirates A380, so sweet, I never get to fly without the kids and it'll be my last flight before the one home 2 weeks later, so he wanted to treat me. Bless him, I'll keep him afterall

Can't believe we got a new thread! After months of the last one to take off we have pushed it to the limit in the last few weeks!

Lisa oooh, you are lucky going business class! How long do you get without the kids, what a lovely holiday for you!

I can't be bothered going back to the last thread so no more persies here.

Got my bloods done, and results yesterday. They took 5 vials of blood, a urine sample and a vagina swab (I have had bleeding when I poo - sorry for TMI - so the dr thought it was an infection. Bit of a dumb idea but hey, it was free) anyways, my HCG at 20DPO was 5960 which according to their stats makes me 5-6 weeks (according to what I think I am 5 weeks today) so even though I have had the bleeding, and it's weird cos i am not bleeding any other time other than when I poo (and I'm not contipated either - yet that is) and cos I had such great HCG results I feel SO much better. I am going to call my OB when I have finished this and see if I can make an appointment for 10 weeks.

Still havent vomited yet, but have on/off nausea all day.

Went shopping today, and bought a new hat and a top. Disappointed, cos I had $100 of christmas money from my parents and I spent $40. And I have been told I m not allowed to spend it on Emily.

That's all from me, I need to see about making this appointment, then I am going for a nap.

ok so i called to make my first appointment and apparently my OB likes to see patients between 8-10 weeks. so i went for 8 weeks LOL. my first appointment is on 18 jan, not even three weeks away.

so now i am so excited i cant nap.

Great news Jess!  Glad to hear the HCG numbers are nice and strong.  

Lisa business class is going to be relaxing without the kidlets!!  Shame you can't drink any wine! lol

Jess - Great news about your HCG levels.  Hope the bleeding settles down and they can work out what is causing it.  Gosh not long till your first OB appt, that is going to come around so quick.  How is that Ipad of yours going.  Am trying to work on DH getting me one for my my b'day if Feb.

Shell - Good luck for tomorrow, hope it all goes really well.

Lisa - Oh, enjoy flying business class, specially without any kids.  What a lovely treat for DH to give you.  I hope Josh & Bella settle down with the fighting.  I get that a 14 month old can be easier at times.

Kylie - Sounds like things are going quite well with Nash & Evan. So happy for your that feeding this time around is much easier.  How cool that Evan is close to walking, will make this a little easier for you & hopefully mean you won't have to pick him up quite as much, which will help with those abs

AFM - Xmas was fab We had a great day at home on xmas day and then DH's family came over boxing day.  It was much less rushed and enabled us to enjoy ourselves and the kids had plenty of time with their presents.  DH is on holidays till next Wednesday, it has been good to have him home.  We have pretty much spent the time around home, along with a spot of shopping.  We took the kids to the beach this morning, girls weren't too keen , but as it is only their 2nd time to the beach that is OK.  Will hopefully be able to go again next week.

But to top today off, I can now officially say Piper is WALKING!   She is so very proud of herself.   She still falls down a bit, but gets herself up & keeps going & going & going.  I think Scarlett it still a while away, so it will give me a little break.  I think I will be well & truly run off my feet when that happens.

Anyway, will be off.  We are off to a friends house tomorrow for New Years & are then staying at my parents house.  Supposed to be very very hot on Saturday, so think we might take the kids to the indoor pool for a swim & cool down.

Not much to report here. Hannah is getting cheekier everyday. She is standing longer but still no walking yet. She will walk holding on with one hand, but as soon as I let go, she drops to the floor. But she is getting around, and the older two are trying to encourage her walking too.

Better go, need to go grocery shopping

I have been lurking all day on here and facebook waiting for news from shell. Aaaarrrrrgggghhhh.

Boring new years eve here. At home on my own. I made myself a mini lamb roast for dinner and ate the whole thing    and am now in the process of polishing off half a block of chocolate. I don't think I am even going to wait up to see the new year in.

Cruze Benjamin arrived this afternoon at 2.46pm weighing 7lb 2oz. Mum and dad are thrilled and in love already!

huge congrats Shell!

I haven't checked on FB whether she's made the announcement there yet, so just double check before you do write anything just in case!

Well as i wished everyone a Merry Chrimbo i thought id come back and wish you all a Happy New Year too.  Its my Mums birhday today so missing her and feel a tad sad - ooooh i rhyme

Oh and of course a huge CONGRATULATIONS to Shell, i said i on FB i know but Congrats again.

leish HI! i have been wondering how you are. i hope that 2011 is a better year for you and you find yourself again. being a mum and stuck at home all the time makes you lose yourself a bit along the way.

afm nothing really interesting to report. bleeding has now turned into a tiny bit of brown, cramps almost gone. i have also been forcing myself to eat properly and drink 2 bottles of water a day, and have lost 1kg! so amazing that eating properly can help you lose weight  

we might be going to a friends place for a BBQ today, but havent heard any details back since we were invited yesterday. bit wierd.

new years i didnt do anything (except not get enough sleep)

emily has been going nuts with climbing on the lounge now. she climbs up and down for ages. she gets up and she has this big smile on her face like she is saying look how clever i am. she is so cute.

Jess eating properly and drinking water makes you lose weight? How has no one told me this before? hehe I've started my post-baby looking after myself. My goal for the year is to get fit to keep up with my boys when they're both on the move. I'm not focusing on my weight because when I do that I normally fail miserably, but I eat pretty well just don't exercise and that's why the weight stays on...I know in the past when I've exercised it's fallen off pretty quickly, so hopefully if I focus on burning the energy rather than a figure on the scale I'll stick to it. I don't want to be the fat mum at the park who just sits there because she's too lazy and unfit to run around with her kids. That's pretty good motivation for me! That's great that the bleeding is dying down now, woo-hoo! E is doing the same with the couch climbing, I have to have eyes in the back of my head because he just has no fear at all and will happily topple over the back or sides if left to his own devices.

Jayne feeling your pain, I just want to pack up all his toys into garbage bags and throw them in a corner of the yard so I don't have to look at them...not really a practical storage solution though lol.

Naomi what's the time frame for number 4's arrival?

AFM am 5kg down on my pre-preg weight, did the same as I did with E, put on 5 then dropped 10, nice kickstart for me. Feeding is going really well - we're on day 11 and by this stage with E I was expressing every spare moment and topping up with formula so it's quite surreal to think that this time around I haven't even had to think about supplementing feeds, the bfing is all just happening. The differences are just amazing, we can do tummy time without him screaming in pain after a minute so no silent reflux, he burps and farts like a trooper without a single tummy ache to date so no colic, he moves both arms really well so no palsy, we haven't been to a single GP or TT specialist...now I understand what you guys were all talking about last time, it can actually be enjoyable.

Kylie Im thinking maybe mid year I will TTC. Dont want to rush things I am really enjoying all 3 of the kids so dont want to make things hard for myself. Plus #4 will be my last so want to really enjoy that. Great news on the bfeeding plus everything else!!!!

Jayne You are having a lapband arent you?? Did you consider the sleeve? I have friends that had no success on the band and opted for the sleeve and they are teeny tiny now. Either way good luck with it, I am trying to loose my weight as well

hey girls!
thanks for the congrats we are home now! thank god, hospital was horrid lol. we started off with our own room then we were moved to a shared room and it was so inconveinient moving and also the aircon wasnt working well and it was like 100 degrees and the baby i shared with was a total screamer so its nice to be home!
Cruze is awesome, he feeds so well and is excellent at self settling - if he is swaddled...he needs his arms wrapped really tight, which is hard in this eat, its also hard to feed in this heat, so glad those 4 40 degree days are now suppose to be alot cooler. we have to sit in front of the portable aircon while feeding...otherwise he just slips off me lol..poor little guy the heat must be hard for bubs.

loh is doing well, she tries to say cruze but just calls him zzz its cute, she gives him kisses and so far has been very good and gentle with him, though we have been VERY CLOSE by lol. shes staying at mums tonight, me and ryan are both pretty tired and figured it would be nice to try and get settled with cruze before we try the night by ourselves lol.

my recover is going well, i am really sore and i am probably doing more then i should but i feel ok. its nice to be waited on hand and foot though
anyway, comps hot so going to sign off now.

Naomi - yep getting the lap band. I did consider it, but thought it didnt really sound right for me. If the lap band isnt successful at least i have that option down the track!! Good luck to your with your weightloss xo

Shell-Cruze is just so beautiful   It must be hard trying to stay cool in  the heat.Glad Loh is taking well to the new arrival!! Make sure you rest up when you can!

Jess-Glad the bleeding has settled down for you! The zoo was great,H called everything "Woo Woo's" which is what he calls dogs  

Jayne-I'm doing the same thing at the moment trying to organise my house! I have decided that it's not going to happen until we buy a bigger one    Goodluck with your surgery!

Kylie-It's so great to hear you are enjoying having your gorgeous 2 little men and that things are so different for you this time around Nice work on the weight loss too!!

Naomi- Goodluck on your weightloss  

ipads-I really want one of these but I'm so clueless   Do they just hook up to the internet you already have,are they just like a laptop or are they like an iphone and you have to pay for the apps?    

AFM-I'm also going to lose some weight!I've been saying it for ages but I'm really going to do something about it now! Even just for my energy levels I'm really over being tired all of the time  
So my goal is to lose 9kg    With the hours DH works and with the 2 kids I can't go to the gym and even walking is hard with 2 of them so DH bought me a cardio twister so I'm just waiting for that to arrive and I have my Wii fit so I'm hoping this works!!

H is going through some I'm a toddler hear me roar stage! OMG he couldn't be more different to M as a toddler,he is just on the go all the time! He is such a monkey,he climbs on everything,he opens everything,he pulls everything out of drawers,he has a temper on him,he now growls if he doesn't get his own way            ( ) But he is also so cute and cuddly and cheeky and I wouldn't change him for the world  

Though I think he has forgotten how to self settle and is waking up around 2-3am every morning and won't go back to sleep for up to 2 hours   I'm so tired and have tried letting him cry,putting music on,giving him a drink,even putting him in bed with me....nothing works    Any suggestions???

We are off to my parents today for my Dad's birthday!

Hehehe Jo....not all babies/toddlers can be so easy.  Gotta have some 'fun' ones to make life interesting hehehe
