SOrry I can't tell you when to introduce, every book you read has different info. I think I tried DS on yolks about 8months then whites about 10months. Can't remember and it could have been the other way around
Scrambled eggs is a great idea.
My DS loved(s) zucchini slice, for an older child I know but is a good way to get lots of vegies in them too.
Once DS could handle more solid foods I started microwaving eggs for him. I used a mug, mixed it around a bit so it doesn't explode and 30secs or so until cooked. I also add cheese and peas and corn, ham etc sometimes. Is so quick and easy but still nutriotious. Sorry it is suited for an older child. THe eggs do sometimes go a bit rubbery but DS doesn't have an issue with it - it is all he has known
Good luck and it is so confusing. BAsically depending on history of allergies, previous reactions I would be guided by that and perhaps introduce the eggs one part at a time. It is ulitmately your decision though
