Ooooh, SILVER!!!

24 days to go ladies, 24 days to go. C section booked for November 22nd.  eexcite.gif eexcite.gif eexcite.gif

Have had some success with TT this week too, it's finally been warmer here, and so I've been leaving Mali's nappy and pants off during the day. Turns out that if she has nothing on, she runs in to the potty whenever she needs to, she only has accidents if she's wearing pants, which seems to make her forget. Been a bit cold the last few days again, but hoping that as the warmer weather approaches we'll be able to knock this one off without too much drama. Fingers crossed huh?!

OK, time for a bath....

Bronze!

Very sad, where did everyone go??

leita- can't believe it so close, as an aside, it must be 25 days to my birthday original.gif

House is going well, expecting to get keys 2nd week december, so cutting it fine for xmas but never mind!

Wooden Spoon!

That is so so close Leita!! Have you got everything ready? Good Luck with TT Miss Mali.

Tinks Wow at having a date for getting your keys! We have no clue, only guessing. Going to harass the builder again this week, probably tomorrow arvo. Only waiting on the paving for the driveway to be done and shower screens. Its taking sooo long!

AFU Shae had her first sleep over on the weekend so DH and I had a whole 24 hours to ourselves! I really don't know what we did with our time pre-child... It was lovely but very quiet! We did get a fair bit of furniture shopping done though. The new house will actually have nice things in it now rather than just an echo original.gif
Shae did really well at her sleepover. She was very impressed with having a bedroom at my sisters house. Slept and ate well and was an angel for sister and BIL.

Awww that's so cute Suzanne! Hooray for having some time to yourselves! I hope you can get into your new home soon original.gif very exciting for you.

Theresa
, whoa man that's so cool that you are only a few weeks away from being in your new home! Is it far from where you live now? Is it close to your work etc?

Leita - oh my gosh you are nearly ready to give birth!! That went so quickly! Hooray for Amalia's tting success! She'll be out of nappies in no time.

Danstar! Hello original.gif

Alrighty, let's all post a recent pic of our little kids - I think it would be lovely to see how everyone is looking - what do you think?

I'm heading to Perth on Thursday (hopefully, as long as QANTAS will resumetheir full service by then!) then heading to Marg R on Friday for our friend's wedding. Can't wait. Can't wait to take the kids with us - we had a major major falling out with the awful inlaws the day before we left for Thailand. Long story but I'm never speaking to them again (and I get along with everyone!).

Firstly.. I come in feeling like I should be waving a flag of 'ignoring'.  But I guess I do see most of you on Facebook!

Life here is going well.  We had started toilet training master Liam about a month ago but now we fear that that has caused the latest infection.  Off to the specailist tomorrow but all in all I'm rather optimistic.  I figure that we can't wear nappies forever.

I've nearly got the Christmas shopping complete (yay!) Just heading off to Target on Thursday to finish off the final bits and peices.  I'm wanting to get Liam this Wiggles guitar.  He has wanted it for ages but the price of $70 has put me off it.  But he desperately loves it and we are stuck for ideas.  Thankfully it is now on sale for $40.  Tina.. I think I read a recommendation you wrote for it so I'm looking forward to it.

LEITA - any day now.. how exciting.  All the best and I"m sure everything goes smoothly.

TINKSTER - your house is looking fantastic.  It just seems to have happened so quickly at the end.

TINA - happy wedding anniversary today!  Now that you've finished your crazy 50ks (or what ever kilometerage it was) have you got any other plans?

ROBIN - So is this Shaun the Prawn's parents.  How devasting.  Id love to say I hope it works all out but I get the vibe from you that it isn't something you can go back on.  Your Thailand holiday looked devine and now you are in Perth and then Mt Barker (I never new they had a Mt Barker in WA).  Anyway, I've decided you should sell your QLD house and buy a plane.. I think you might get your money out of it.

I'll try and find a photo of Liam later.  Noah looks sooooo grown up.  All the kids are growing up.

Miss you all.

Jen

Leita Amalia is so pretty!

I just came in to send you my best wishes for the birth - I hope it all goes smoothly for you. xx

Jen, I hope Liam is recovering well after his latest op. I will cross EVERYTHING in the hope that this is it! Yes I think I need to buy a plane too... Tounge1.gif

Lucas Matthias joined us on Tuesday last week, a whopper at 4.2kgs but only 47 cms long. Very glad VBAC was not attempted huh.gif and have to say the elective cs was totally awesome compared to the emergency one. Home again in 48 hours, totally weird to be back in newborn land, but much easier this time around. Miss Mali seems to like her baby brother so far, gives him lots of gentle little kisses, but DH is home so she's getting plenty of attention still.

Oh my, sorry for the delayed responses... I realised how long it had been since I logged into EB with all the hoops I had to jump through to log on!

Congratulations Leita!  What a beautiful boy Lucas is original.gif my 4.2kg baby is goinng to get her 4mo immunisations tomorrow and I'm expecting will be over the 7kg mark - so different from her big sister!

I have a question about our nearly 3 year olds for those that still come in to read... Does your 3 year old put everything in their mouth still?  Miss Squid sits on the couch and puts her toes in her mouth (ew), as well as every piece of string, ribbon, skipping rope, toy, rock, whatever into her mouth and it drives me bonkers.  Am I alone in this?

She is also staunchly opposed to toilet training, we plan to concentrate on this when DH is home for a couple of weeks over Christmas.

I hope everyone is well.

Renée

CCL Shae puts her fingers in her mouth a fair bit (she bites her nails). Occassionally toys will go in her mouth for a chew but are soon discarded. She mainly uses her teeth to help destroy something. Yesterday she was biting flower decals off a headband  rolleyes.gif  That sort of thing.

Just in to share some good news - We FINALLY got the keys to our house! We officially move in Christmas Eve - the floors get finished tomorrow - and I cant wait to spend Chrissy there!

Tinks are you in your new place yet? You have probably beaten me!

And... its still super early and we arent getting excited given last time BUT... we got a new BFP.gif
Due August 24th. I barely even needed to pee on the stick before the line came up so that must be a good sign right? But in any case not pinning anything on this just yet but had to let you all know.

Anyway, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Hope everyone has a lovely festive season with their loved ones.

aww suzanne, such wonderful news, congratulations, I'm hoping you have a nice sticky bub this time. we're not quite in, still a few things left to do by the builder, the one thats stopping us moving in is the silicone in the showers (if you can believe that!) and the flyscreens, never mind tho, helps us get everything done here

hope everyone has a wonderful xmas with your nearly three year olds!!

Coming into skite that I've finished toilet training Liam!!!

biggrin.gif  WOOHOO!!!   biggrin.gif

After his last op it was just so easy.  Even had a specialist checkup just before Christmas and got the thumbs up.  Am sooo excited... we were hoping that we have no more infections now he is toilet trained.  We still haven't gotten number twos (ie. he holds on ALL day and poos as soon as you put a nappy on) but am dry at night.

Life here is going well.  we had a nice Christmas with Mark's parents and sister and am now awaiting my sister to arrive to help with the kids so I can go back to work.

What is everyone else doing.. Tinkster...you must be INLOVE with your new house!!!!!
SUZANNE - congrats on all your exciting news.. yay!

WhiteLily- congratulations, that is wonderful news about the new pg, am praying it is a sticky one for you this time. And hope you are enjoying your new house- have you moved in yet?

LEGS woo hoo! Hooray for Toilet training! Mali is pretty much done now, during the day anyway, except she will only poo on the potty not on the toilet, but hey, that's OK.

tinks- oooh, hope your  house is done by now too. Very exciting.

CCL- Mali does put things in her mouth... especially if I tell her it's disgusting  rolleyes.gif

thanks for all your well wishes, I must say I am enjoying having the two little tikes, except for the lack of sleep- how did I forget about this, and why did I think I might get a sleeper this time around  rolleyes.gif .

Little man is 6 weeks old, and when I jumped on the scales with him in his jammies the other day he was 6.6kgs. Holy cow. No wonder my back is tight. wonder what the CHN will have to say about that next week..... laughing2.gif

Hellooooooooooooooo

Wow it's quiet in here lol!
Congratulations to White Lily and Tinkster23. This year is a big year for babies, I know about 14 ladies due between now and Sept :-O Hope it's not catching.

Things are going well here :-) Cohen is now fully toilet trained (daytime only) and such a chatter box. He can still throw a good tantrum though so I hope that stops soon (doubt it lol). Starting to prepare Riley for big school so I will only have Cohen home this year but hoping he can start one day at preschool once he turns 3.

Hope everyone is well!

OH MY GOD!!! CONGRATULATIONS THERESA!!!!!! on your BFP.gif !!!
I have a tear in my eye biggrin.gif

I came in to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LIAM! I hope he has a lovely birthday! Eek I really need to organised something for Noah's birthday!

Well done to the TT'd kiddies. original.gif Theresa, I'm sure Jack will get there very soon.

You have probably seen on fb, but Noah has to have his tonsils and adenoids out, and have grommets put in on April 2. I feel so sorry for him, poor bugger.

Can you all please cross everything for me, I am about to sign a contract (in an hour and a half's time) for a wonderful perfect home for us, but we need to sell our house first. This is all a very rushed thing, as we only decided to start looking around for somewhere quieter - and to get in the Gumdale catchment for school - and this property popped up. Please please send positive vibes our way!!   hands.gif This house is just perfect. I don't want to jinx it..................

Anyhow, aside from that life is busy. I'm working 4 days per week and have 155 employees that I look after in the Minerals & Industry business (white collar Mining design) so that keeps me out of mischief. Harriet is gorgeous, so funny, and a ratbag. wub.gif

Ok ladies, have a great weekend.

Woo Hoo!! Congratulations Tinkster- that is wonderful news. Hope it all goes smoothly, and fingers crossed for an easier pregnancy for you this time! Sorry- Mali is tt'ed now too!!

Summerbub- Fingers and toes crossed you get your house!!

Hi Jorico!!

We took Lucas for his 8 week immunisations this week, and at 8 weeks, he's a whopping 6.9 kilos- what a chumba wumba!! Has the occassional good sleep for us, but mostly not- there's good reason he's so big, he still prefers to feed every two hours!!

:-)

Hi everyone.
It's been ages since I've been in...

As you can see I've changed my name from Wil's mum to July Baby....  BFP.gif We have successfully made it to 15 weeks. I've been pretty well, except for today. At home with either Gastro or Food Poisoning... Feel dreadful and it took me until 2pm to crawl out of bed.
We are due on 17th July an super excited. Can't believe how quickly my tummy popped out this time round.. Could be the nice thick layer of fat that makes it look so much bigger  blush.gif

Congrats Tinks on your  BFP.gif news as well. That's ace!! cclap.gif

I also know heaps of people that are due around the same time as me. I have myself and three friends all due within 4 weeks of one another... Must be something in the water.

Tinks we are not TT yet either. Wil tells me if he's going to "pop off" but everything else is not important to him. We tried one weekend and took him to the toilet every hour and then just after he hopped off he'd do a wee. They are trying at daycare but he's just not interested yet! We read books on learning to use the toilet but all he gets excited about it flushing.

Robyn how ace/scary/daunting is buying a house....  hands.gif Fingers crossed someone snaps up your place and everything works a treat.

Hi to everyone else
