With some lavender bubbles,
It's relaxation without any troubles.
With a few water soaked kisses here,
There's plenty of baby smiles and cheer!

I get in the bath with them. So there is 3 of us in the bath-my 3 year old son Zac, my 8 month old daughter Sophie and me (mummy). This is such special time for me. Its like we are in our own little world playing with bath toys, singing rhymes and songs and the three of us interacting together. Its also very important bonding time between my son and my baby daughter. They both love the water and love to splash each other and share toys. As my 8 month old daughter gets bigger however, she will be ready to either bathe by herself or bathe with just my son. The Dreambaby bath seat will give her the support she needs so she can be independent in her play with my son in the bath.

Put on the goggles and show them how to blow bubbles in the water.  Older siblings are great for that.  Loads of giggles all round. rolleyes.gif

I have everything ready before the bath.  My daughter loves bubbles and her Baby Born Swim Doll.  They love to have a bath splashing together.

Depends on time of day:
Fun time bath: Books, toys, songs, bubbles, gentle splashing
Bed time bath: As above but toned down, shorter, more relaxed.

Gentle humming, a soft flannel, organic goats milk and lavender wash in very warm bath water makes my 4 month old's day (and mine!). Heaven.

We have heaps of fun, bubbles, singing, toys, books and splashing!!!
I also incoprorate some swimming lesson activities to develop and coach survival skills in the water. It is an ideal time to teach, and such a necessity for children!

The new convenient Super Comfy Bath Seat™ (F661) from Dreambaby® has been developed with a clever heat sensing indicator to assist parents in gauging the correct water temperature for little ones’ baths. Designed in (nautical!) blue and white, the seat is embellished with a starfish that also has practical applications - when the bath is too hot, the appealing starfish shaped indicator turns white. Simple yet so clever and very convenient! The new convenient Dreambaby® Super Comfy Bath Seat™ is packed with many other fabulous features!

Bathtime bonding requires  a warm room and organic products for gentle massage in peaceful surroundings followed by a cuddle wrapped in a soft hooded towel.

When my babies were new I found the best way and most enjoyable way was bathing with them to keep them calm. Now with a big one and a little one, they're in the bath together with lots of water being kicked and splashed everywhere, but also, most importantly lots of smiles!

Baby girl is obsessed with bubbles,
When covered in bubbles we have no troubles,
They make her giggle,
And sometimes wiggle,
Bathtime's fun with bubbles.

Get in there with him (or her!), there's nothing nicer or more comforting than having a bubble bath together.
