Hi mums. I am sure Becky Dyer's name must have come up before but if not then I can certainly recommend her if you live in the northern suburbs of Sydney. I had PSD with my second baby and to be honest the last half of the pregnancy was such a blur of pain that I can barely recall it. Becky was recommended by my obstetrician at the San and she was amazing. Awesome physio and exercises and great advice about how to make it through the rest of my pregnancy.

Bad news though - eighteen months after baby was born and I don't think my hips are ever going to be the same again. I still have this rolling feeling in my hips when I walk like they have been loosened and have not tightened back into place. But I wonder how much worse it would have been had I not sought treatment at twenty eight weeks?  One thing I remember Becky saying was to never ever wear heels when pregnant, even just work boots like I was wearing everyday. These were worsening the hip rolling I already had from pregnancy and being a bit overweight generally.

Good luck to those of you with this awful condition - I hope you can find some treatment soon.
