Pretty much the same ratio in my experience Mamabug. I also use pureed fruit instead of butter/oil in some cake recipes. Works quite well, but you do have to reduce the sugar a bit because of the added sweetness from the fruit.
Target had this thing on sale the other week called a Yonana. basically it turns frozen fruit into frozen yoghurt stuff. It's dairy free though so I'm not 100% sure what sort of magic happens inside the machine. I put banana, berries, melons through it and it's another way to get the kids to eat fruit.
It is in this house and DD is a stubborn, obstinate sort of girl. But my kids eat veg and people comment as if it's the weirdest thing. Of course they love beans no toast or pizza, but they will also eat veg - veggo stir fry is their favourite meal!
