I'm having a BBQ this weekend and one of my guests is a vegetarian. I know she has had some trouble at BBQs before with very little meat free options so I am trying to provide options for her as well. I know she does eat cheese etc, but we have also had a conversation about how some cheeses have a protein from the stomach of the animal- or something along those lines- as an enzyme or something...
I could google this but I thought I would check if the EB community knows- what is the enzyme I should keep an eye out for, and are there any brands which are better for providing cheese without this?
