Reflux and the mobile baby

How did you guys deal with reflux once your babies became mobile?
DD is rolling and starting to bring her knees to her chest etc but as soon as she is on her tummy she generally ends up face down in a pile of vomit, even hours after a feed. I often prop DD up in a triangle pillow to keep her on her back for a while after a feed but obviously she needs to practice her new skills.
The recent introduction of solids has done little to ease the reflux, just seems to make for technicolour vomit! I shudder to think of what things will be like once DD is crawling.
I guess this is part vent and part question.... do you have any tips for the mobile refluxer?

Be prepared to find chuck hidden anywhere.
I had 3 x reflux chuckers. They all chucked until 12-15m of age. They didn't walk until 16.5m-19.5m (although they were cruising from 9m).
Yes technicolour chuck anywhere is not fun.

I found the reflux got worse for a bit at that point and not much I could do. I tried to keep them upright until a while afterwards and that was the best I could do. Eventually it ended up that mine has solids first and milk feed before bed which meant the vomiting settled again but that wasn't until around 9 months. Both mine had bad reflux until around 9 months and then all of a sudden the vomiting stopped

I used to give my Reflux baby a dummy when he was doing his tummy time and that helped him to keep his food down a little bit. He also spent a lot of his time on a bouncer after his feeds.
I bought some of the rubber mats tiles from various places like Big W and covered my whole carpeted area in the lounge room with them so that the carpet didn't get completely stained when he had his tummy time and it was easier to clean up the vomit.

Thank you for your replies! I figured that we would just have to put up with the mess and cross our fingers that the reflux resolves itself soon, at least DD is no longer distressed by it. Will definitely hold off on having the carpets steam cleaned for a little longer!
